Sometimes (most of the time, actually ALL of the time!) you need to speak to an actual human about Shopify. I recommend that you talk to the team at Sunrise Integration and meet them in person! Started working with Sunrise to make sure our Shopify store and related apps were being best utilized, as we've known that we've got a lot of low hanging fruit with features and tools we're not taking advantage of.
