I requested SEO Optimisation for my site. When just starting a Shopify business, it is hard to know what work needs to be done, and for that you hope that a Shopify Expert would be able to advise on how to fully optimise your site for SEO. However, this company did the bare minimum amount of work, and took a long time to do it. I have since engaged another company to do some marketing work for me, and they did a full audit, the result being that I found out SynapseIndia left many things undone.

I hired Nawal with SyapseIndia to do some pretty advanced programming work for my Shopify website. It included a custom dashboard with admin login and API access to my Shopify data. It also required a lot of modifications to my Shopify theme. They needed to make proper use of database tables and then output that via the FrontEnd. They were able to complete every portion of the project and kept me informed with every step along the way. They also were very cooperative and easy to work with when I had some modifications which needed to be done to the project. This is a professional programming team and I am truly satisfied with the work that I received from Nawal and SynapseIndia. I have used them to make extreme modifications to both the front end, database, MailGun integrations, and a custom admin dashboard. This team is a true full-stack developer who has been able to complete every task that we have set out to achieve.
