NinjaVision is clearly skilled in what they do, but I wish there had been better understanding and response in written messages. Site speed was much improved, but written communication was short and lacking detail. In hindsight, a phone call or 2 would probably have helped with this.

Love that they speak "human" and are happy to jump on a phone call. Not only did they finish the job, they fixed an almost year long issue that kept me from fully utilizing my shopify platform.

Awesome to work with! Andrew was thorough with his work, communicated well, and completed the job in the timeframe set. We had a call and told him everything that we needed to be complete. Andrew and his team executed. He is an expert at his craft.

They stay out in front of the needs of their business partners -thankfully we have them to work with, glean/learn from and count on to care about our growth goals and successes.
