Tendency provided us with comprehensive management; they became our K-Beauty supplier and offered access to warehouse facilities capable of stocking 330,000 SKUs. We also decided to use their warehouses in the US, Italy, and the UK to store our products, allowing us to move away from unreliable logistics providers. Their marketing expansion team then took charge of our ad campaigns and website improvements. Having a single partner provide such a wide range of supply, logistics, and marketing services allowed us to eliminate exorbitant costs, improve our margins, and achieve significant growth. Diamo il massimo delle stelle… ma sono pure poche! Siamo onesti: all’inizio eravamo scettici, come spesso capita con le agenzie. Pensavamo fosse l’ennesimo team che promette grandi cose e poi porta risultati minimi. E invece… ci siamo dovuti ricredere. Questa agenzia è gestita da ragazzi giovani, preparati e – cosa rara – umili. Niente fumo negli occhi, solo fatti. Il CPA è passato da 15€ a 5€ in un solo giorno da quando hanno preso in mano le nostre campagne. Sì, sembra impossibile anche a noi, ma è successo davvero. Top notch service. Went above and beyond to fix my meta pixel. Promised to fix the issue in a day (another company quoted much longer - 4 days) and did it within that time frame with no slippage. Very thorough with work. Communication was excellent - instant whatsapp responses, can be reached at anytime for problem. Really appreciated the speed, quality and communication from this company. Highly recommend!
