Introduction call was great and looked promising. We discussed a budget and all seemed agreed onto. Then, money was never enough and I ended up moving away from them. Last issues were supposedly unfixable in a reasonnable time frame and I was able to get them fixed by the actual app owners in a few days, free of charge. Work is done oversees and expensive. I also ended up with a free shipping option craeted on my store to that foreign country. They say they have a time tracker but it's completely useless since we have no idea what they actually are doing.
