Working with Rax and the team at The Hope Factory on Jo Mercer, Wittner & Shelly Shen has been a really positive experience. Working with The Hope Factory team on Timber Kids was a unique experience. As the agency's owner, I'm obviously close to our work, but this project reminded me how special our team is and why I love what we do. The brief was clear - modernise the design, improve the user experience, and ultimately lift conversions on key pages.
