Vertex, I first connected with Vertex 18 months ago. I had a Shopify theme licensing problem. I didn’t actually, know what it was. My original site developer – 7 years ago – had not paid for the required license. I paid. Then I found Vertex and called out of the blue at 7 PM. figuring to leave a message. Nirav answered. The next morning he walked me through fixing it. Charge none. A month ago Dec. 2025 I knew I needed a site audit, and then the problems fixed. Nirav me told how long it would take, how much he would charge. Everything went exactly as he said. When I need a developer help, again, Vertex is who I will use. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We read the reviews and saw that Vertex Dimension had a high rating. After speaking to Nirav, we arrived at a very fair price to build and create our Shopify store. Additionally, we were in a hurry since our prior store was closing. Nirav worked with our deadline and did a fantastic job. The store matched our website perfectly and you can't tell that it's separate from the website. It looks perfect. Nirav also took plenty of time to explain how Shopify works has been available to assist us with our questions as we began learning Shopify. He's also very good in telling us the pros and cons of certain add-on apps so we don't waste money buying services we do not need. In summary, I can't recommend Nirav and Vertex Dimension enough! It was one of the smoothest online transitions I've ever experienced. Nirav really knows Shopify and continues to be available to help us when new issues arise. Top-notch service and support!!!!

Nirav has been helping us on several theme customizations for a motorcycle e-commerce store. He assisted with design a much more attractive main menu for us complete with customizable icons to improve the customer experience and ease of navigation. Further assistance was provided on a number of other custom modifications to the site from product description text lengths, product numbers visible per page, map access to our home page footer, custom banner location additions with custom sizing, collections navigation ability from product search pages and many more. His response time is very prompt, with any direction or questions in a very timely manner. He is very receptive to instruction, feedback and idea tweaking. Mockups were provided along the way increasing efficiency and identifying hurdles early. Always pleasant and eager when we speak or through email. Of all of the ideas we presented there has not been one that Nirav was remotely stumped by and the deliverables far exceed what we had even expected. Our ideas were always met with optimism and excellent feedback. I am not well versed with Shopify, more so with the market but working with another team member, who has strengths with Shopify back end management, Nirav was an invaluable addition to the team bringing his strengths to fill the void that existed before he joined. We look very forward to working with him on future customizations, challenges and integrations to the growing business.

Vertex Dimension made the upgrade to 2.0 simple; that said Avin was kind and patient as I asked my 'transitional- techno-kindergarten- level' questions re the process. The job was not rushed, it took a few weeks. I felt at ease my site was in good hands. If you are hesitating about levelling up to 2.0 , I cant recommend Vertex enough. Thank you:)

What a relief to find a web developer with a wide scope of Shopify experience. As a small start up I have had a steep learning curve in building my store; after using developers from various other sources with less than favorable results I was so pleased to find Vertex Dimension amongst the Shopify experts. The team was responsible for creating and designing the e-commerce site on the Shopify platform. The team completed the design and optimization of the site.
