I contacted WhiteWater Web to troubleshoot a problem concerning Mailchimp and Google analytics, relating to my 10-year-old Shopify store. My email campaign open rate had dropped suddenly from a consistent 60% to 20% for no apparent reason. Jody got right to work, did the upgrade to Google Analytics 4, discovered a roadblock in my domain hosting relating to Mailchimp, and recommended switching to Shopify Email. I agreed, and he efficiently handled the migration, set up a branded email template to get me started, a subscription popup, and automations, all in less than a week. He patiently answered all my questions throughout the process. Jody is a rock star. I appreciate everything he did to make my life easier, and in such short order! I look forward to working with him to switch my store to a 2.0 theme soon.
