We hired Whole Design Studios in January 2023, their account manager who was working with us was very respectful and understanding, but unfortunately, I don’t think that he have the experience needed to perform the job. Sometimes, it was us who is noticing performance issues in our marketing campaigns and informing him about it to take actions. On other times, he was taking a very weird actions by pausing the best performing elements in our marketing campaigns. When we raised our concerns to him he couldn’t provide an accepted reasons. After 4 months of working with them without getting positive results, we decided to cancel our subscription.

We hired Whole Design Studios to improve our site speed. They were fast, efficient and quick to respond to our questions. We saw a significant improvement in our speed. Would definitely work recommend them for this type of project.

Worked with Whole Design Studios on some site speed issues we were having. Communication was great - really quick and easy to work with. Scope of work was clear. Once we'd signed off they were really quick to action the changes needed and the work seems to have had a positive impact.
