We had made the decision to migrate our site over to Shopify Plus and heard from a few people that Wolfpoint was the best for this. We spoke with them and two other potential vendors for this, and pretty quickly we had realized internally that Wolfpoint really took a consultative approach. The questions they asked us uncovered potential roadblocks we had not thought of (and the other vendors had not mentioned or thought of either). Fast forward over a year later, and our relationship with Wolfpoint is incredibly strong! After the migration, we came to the conclusion that they were the perfect partner for us for design and development. We have done countless projects with them for BattlBox and also utilized them for several projects outside of BattlBox. We were able to really customize our site while also creating an awesome customer experience, and we are currently working with them on some projects to push this initiative even further! They were even able to create an Android / iOS app for us that we plan on launching this month. I head up a very lean ecommerce team at a new brand that relies on agency partners to grow. We've worked with all types of agencies -- some good, some not so good. The entire team is great. They helped us redesign and recode our entire site when we switched over to Shopify from WooCommerce. The dev team is fantastic. Of course there were some minor surprises (there always are), but the experience was overwhelmingly positive and virtually worry free. Most importantly, the migration was seamless for our customers; they experienced a new beautiful site and no glitches and bugs as we had feared. MakerGeeks had been using the Yahoo Store platform, and moreover I as a business owner had been using Yahoo Store for over 17 years in 4 companies, including MakerGeeks. We had sold over $55 million dollars through those companies over those years using Yahoo Store, so I was VERY familiar with the platform. However, when I exited the other companies and started MakerGeeks in 2015, I was sort of becoming unimpressed with the Yahoo Store model. I found Shopify and was quickly introduced to their Plus team, and that's how I met Wolfpoint. They built us a new website from the ground up and migrated ALL our legacy data from the Yahoo Store platform - this was a HUGE challenge, however they did it quickly and without ANY data corruption on our end. The best part is that our sales more than doubled once the new website went live, our abandoned cart numbers went from nothing (Yahoo doesn't offer this service) to 29%, our conversion rate has gone from 1.25% to over 4%, and we see this number jump to 6%-9% during peak traffic. Our site traffic has jumped from around 35,000 unique visitors a month to nearly 300,000 unique... just an awesome increase in everything. I would and have recommended Wolfpoint to anyone and everyone - their team is very nice, easy to talk with, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. We wanted a website that allowed our customers to design their own juice blend and see it come to life right before their eyes. My favorite feature about our new website is definitely the "Blend Your Own Juice" feature. Customers can now create a custom juice by simply selecting their ingredients and can even personalize their bottle by naming their blend. Launching a brand in the US that has history and assets from other global markets carries some unique challenges and opportunities. As we were looking to launch our OATLY brand of vegan plant-based milks in the US, we knew we wanted to have an eCommerce component to our website. While the company had been operating for over 25 years in Europe and was sold in over 30+ countries, our team in Sweden didn’t really have any experience with this or have much of a background into what it would take to accomplish that. In working together with Wolfpoint, they helped us to develop a strategy for building off the base of existing assets we had to accomplish our goals of launching an eCommerce site within the US on time and on budget. They combined really excellent understanding of the Shopify platform and CMS with great thinking around complex subjects like global proxy settings to help our enthusiastic (but very inexperienced!) team launch the site.
