Varriale Profumi is an Italian fragrance brand that we’ve been working with as a long-term technical, growth, and retention partner.

When the collaboration started, the store was generating around €9K per month. Over a 36-month period, we redesigned, optimized, and scaled the Shopify store into a high-performing eCommerce operation consistently reaching €500K per month.

The project involved a complete redesign and continuous optimization of the Shopify store, with a strong focus on UX, CRO principles, and performance to support sustainable growth.

Subscriptions and recurring revenue initiatives are supported through Recharge, enabling flexible subscription logic and recurring purchase flows.

Retention and lifecycle marketing strategies are implemented through Klaviyo, with advanced segmentation, behavioral automations, and revenue-focused flows designed to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

To continuously improve conversion rates and on-site engagement, we implemented structured CRO experimentation using VideoWise, enabling shoppable UGC video experiences and data-driven optimization across product and collection pages.

Rather than a one-off project, this has been a long-term growth partnership focused on continuous CRO, retention, and scalability — turning Shopify into a central revenue engine for the brand.
