Good work! They helped us design and develop our Shopify store using the Trade theme, but the real value came from solving some complex integration challenges specific to our business. Our main sales channel is eBay, not Shopify, so we needed the Shopify store to work as a secondary channel while keeping eBay as the catalog source. This turned out to be more complicated than expected. We initially tested the eBay Importer from CedCommerce, but it didn’t meet our needs. The team at YourStoreMatters helped us evaluate different options and eventually implement the eBay Integration – DPL app, which ended up being the perfect solution for syncing the catalog correctly. They also set up the order and shipment synchronization between eBay and Shopify, ensuring everything flows smoothly operationally. Another important piece was Judge.me: they imported all our existing eBay store reviews so we could maintain social proof on the new Shopify store. The thing that I like the most is cart drawer with a shipping progress bar and upsell functionality, which is great for conversions. Overall, the communication throughout the process was always clear and proactive. We are satisfied.
