It was a great experience working with Dan. He understood the requirements and concept of our customisation requests very quickly and his quote was reasonable. The project was completed and works great! I like that he informed me early on that he would be working on a backup of our theme. It's good to know we have a developer who knows what he's doing. As a result of his work we are commissioning a follow up customisation project with him.

I engaged Dan in October 2022 to develop a website. He advised me that he could have the website completed in December, however after 2.5 months, his lack of response, and poor professionalism led to an incomplete website. He had claimed that he was recovering from covid TWICE in December, using it as an excuse for not completing significant work (I can see that he would go 2 weeks without any updates/amendments to the website via shopify). He also outsourced work to people in India to edit the website, providing access and details to my store - Which I never gave consent for him to do. Despite numerous attempted communications via email and clear instructions on what I want added to the website, Dan has failed on all fronts, with condescending emails when he DOES reply, and leaving me at a loss of $1800 and having to pay another developer. I would highly recommend not using Dan.

Dan is laid back, efficient and has great ability to understand what is needed in a situation. He does what he says he is going to do and is passionate about creating a functional, sleek ecommerce platform. Highly flexible and works around your schedule and budget. Great value for money in all cases. Will use again and refer to all my friends
