I have worked in the retail environment in many forms for 39 years, giving me a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of how to sell and how to offer excellent customer service. My technical background is just as extensive—from the early days of Pong and computer programming to working within a leading supermarket's online department.
Having run my own Shopify store back in 2014, I’ve remained in the ecosystem ever since, helping brands build and maintain their presence. My retail background naturally led me into Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), where I realised there was far more to the field than what most providers offer today. I’ve spent years learning from industry leaders who have shaped experiences at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Bookingcom. Today, I combine that retail heritage with advanced behavioural insights to help brands actually build a brand by aligning everything to offer a great customer experience. It’s this alignment that makes a store successful and drives true retention plus loyalty.
