I suppose the figures speak for themselves really - after working with Thomas on my Shopify website our online sales grew 600% during Lockdown 3 here in Ireland compared to the same period of time during Lockdown 1 last year. On a more personal note though (and for me that is really important) Thomas was a joy to work with. Thomas planned and carried out the migration of our established specialist wine website to Shopify, and made it look easy. Everyone here is simply delighted with the new site: it looks great, it's simple for customers and staff to use, and sales increased immediately. After years of customizing, maintaining and repairing the previous site in-house, we knew that attempting a move ourselves was out of the question, but needed to be able to communicate all the details to someone who would take the trouble to understand our needs and have the expertise to meet them. Thomas was that person: he is calm, friendly and patient, and methodically sorted out what really mattered from what really didn't matter, so that we made logical and steady progress through the project. Meetings were flexibly arranged to suit our schedule and were always relaxed, productive and informative, with clear to-do lists established for both parties in between times. Thomas found ways to manage the complex navigation and layers of product details we needed, so that our existing information is better organized, making an even better resource than before. Routine updates and additions are easier and quicker, and we have more time for other aspects of the business. If we need further support, we have the reassurance that Thomas is just an e-mail away.
