We Turn Paid Media Into Your #1 Ecommerce Customer Acquisition Channel.

🧠23+ years of experience | $450m+ | 300+ Ecommerce Brands

Red Goat is a Shopify growth marketing agency built for founders who are done guessing and ready to scale profitably.

With 23+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience, we help Shopify brands do three things exceptionally well:

Acquire more customers, increase how much they spend, and turn them into repeat buyers — using attributable paid media and a systemized growth approach.

Our Core Services

Advising & Consulting: Senior-level guidance for founders needing clarity on growth priorities and scaling strategy.
Strategy Development: Building clear growth roadmaps, defining budgets, and setting targets before you scale spend.
Paid Media Management: Hands-on ad management across all major social and search platforms, focused heavily on efficiency and attribution.
Creative Design: High-performing, data-driven ad creatives built specifically for paid media.
Optimization: Continuous improvement of conversion rates, AOV, funnels, and retention.
Coaching & Mentorship: Direct support to help founders and in-house marketing teams level up their internal skills.

We specialize in Paid Media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit, and Spotify, but unlike most agencies, we don’t stop at ads. Traffic alone doesn’t scale a business — profit does.

That’s why we go deeper into attribution, conversion rate optimization (CRO), AOV strategies, and retention, so every dollar you spend works harder.

We work with brands that are either:

Managing ads in-house but struggling to scale efficiently
Working with an agency but unhappy with performance or clarity
Growing, but leaking revenue due to poor tracking, weak conversion, or no retention strategy

If your current agency were delivering real results, you wouldn’t be reading this — and we’re okay saying that out loud.

Red Goat was built out of frustration with agencies that chase vanity metrics, hide behind dashboards, and avoid accountability. We focus on what actually matters: attributable revenue, profitable growth, and long-term value.

With teams based in Montreal (Canada) and Dubai (UAE), we support Shopify brands across North America, Europe, and the GCC.

Our promise is simple:

We scale Shopify revenue with attributable paid ads, then maximize AOV, conversion, and LTV —making your accountant smile and your competitors cry.

If you’re looking for a growth partner who treats your business like it’s their own, you’re in the right place. 🐐
