A DTC brand came to us with strong products but a storefront slowed down by years of app installs and theme edits. Mobile performance was low and the PDP experience was cluttered -hurting conversion. We ran a full audit and rebuilt the theme architecture using OS 2.0 components: modular sections, cleaner Liquid patterns, and a standardized UI system the marketing team could reuse safely. Reduced render-blocking scripts, deferred non-critical vendor code, optimized imagery, and improved PDP structure for scanning, trust, and faster add-to-cart.
Results: Faster mobile load times, higher Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals scores, and a noticeably cleaner shopping experience that supported new launches without reintroducing bloat.
