At Tiger Tool, we build tools for technicians who work on heavy-duty trucks all day. Our website has to work the same way our tools do: precise, reliable, and built for real shop conditions. That’s not easy to pull off on Shopify, especially once you get past basic product pages. We hired Vitali after working with another programmer who simply couldn’t get the job done. We needed highly customized component pages that allow customers to buy sub-components and adapters specific to their exact truck setup. Vitali stepped in and finished what others couldn’t and then took it several steps further. One example: we needed component pages that worked hand-in-hand with our varying markets. Customers had to land on the right component page depending on where they were, what they were searching for and the market they were in. That’s not something Shopify does out of the box. Vitali found creative, effective ways to make it all work properly — clean, accurate, and dependable. Our product lineup adds another layer of complexity. Our major tools are base-tools that require different adapters depending on the application. There are a lot of adapters. Vitali custom-coded logic that allows customers to enter their specific truck details and have the correct adapter surface automatically. That alone is impressive, but what really stood out is how he handled real-world input. Customers don’t type perfectly. They add spaces, dashes, partial numbers, or mix up bushing numbers and SKUs. Vitali built logic that intelligently understands what the customer meant, not just what they typed. On top of that, he helped us heavily customize Shopify’s native search so customers can search by Tiger Tool SKUs and industry bushing numbers right from the search bar. That’s a big deal for technicians who just want answers fast. Bottom line: we threw a lot at Vitali, and he handled all of it with skill, patience, and professionalism. I genuinely don’t see a scenario where we could stump him on Shopify. If it needs to work better, faster, or smarter, he’ll find a way. I appreciate his commitment to making sure things are done right, and I honestly enjoy working through projects with him. He thinks things through, understands the end user, and delivers results. From where I sit, there’s nothing he can’t do on Shopify. If your business needs more than a cookie-cutter site, especially if you’re dealing with complex products, compatibility logic, search, or custom workflows, Vitali is the kind of programmer you want in your corner.
