Custom Ops Build - the workflows Shopify doesn't cover natively, built and handed over

You end up with the workflow running on its own, on a system you own instead of another monthly app bill. The scoping fee is held as a deposit toward the build, not a charge on top of it; component builds start at $950, quoted in writing first. Most stores carry work Shopify does not cover natively: bundle stock that drifts, B2B orders sorted by eye, customer data retyped between systems. Where native automation covers it, I build that first. Where it cannot, I build an operations layer inside accounts you own and hand over the keys: the code, the access, and a walkthrough your developer can run without me.
