Try adjusting your search terms

You end up with your products showing on Google and Meta again: recovered, not just diagnosed. The diagnostic fee is held as a deposit toward the fix, not a charge on top of it.
You might be saying one of these.
"Google suspended my store."
"My products stopped showing on Google."
"The Google app will not connect to my Merchant Center."
"Google keeps turning down my products."
"My Instagram shop is empty."
If that sounds like your store, this is the fix.
When your products drop off Google or Meta, shoppers who search for them find someone else. Your ads can keep spending while your shelf sits empty. The emails you get rarely say what is really wrong.
The cause is usually one of a few things. Shipping or return details that do not match your store. Missing business details. Product details Google will not accept. Or a broken link between Shopify and your Google or Meta account, often after a login or an app changed.
I find why your products fell out. Then I fix it myself: your store settings, your product details and the connection. Where Google needs to take another look, I ask for that review. Then I check the result the way a shopper sees it, by searching for your products and opening your shop. A green light in a dashboard is not enough. You also get a written note. It says what was wrong, what I changed, and how to keep it from coming back.
First, you give me access to your store and to your Google and Meta accounts.
Next, I look before I change anything, and I save what I find.
Then I fix the causes, one at a time, and I check each one.
Last, I search for your products as a shopper would, and I send you what I see.
If I find a bigger problem than the fee covers, you get a fixed price before any more work starts. You decide.
Google and Meta make the final call on any review, and they set their own timing. I cannot promise a date. Some products are not allowed on Google or Meta because of what they are, and no setting changes that. If that is the case, I tell you plainly. Your ad campaigns and your spend stay yours.
The Shopify app says my account is suspended. Is it?
Not always. The app can show that message when Google's own records do not. I check at Google first, so we fix the real problem.
How long until my products show again?
Once the causes are fixed, Google and Meta need time to check your products again. That timing is theirs. I tell you what they said and when I asked.
Can shoppers buy inside Facebook or Instagram?
Not any more. Shoppers tap a product and then buy on your own site. I set up what Meta still offers, and I tell you where it shows.
Will this mess up my ad numbers?
It can if nobody checks. Connecting Google Ads can add a second count of each sale. I check for that and fix it, so each sale counts once.
Whose account is it set up under?
Yours, wherever I can. Then nothing depends on me after the job is done.
What if the fix costs more than the fee?
You pay the difference, once you agree to a fixed price. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the full findings.
The fee credits toward the fix. Most of the stores I hold a monthly seat with started with one of these.
