Key Achievements & Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Financial Management (P&L)
Business Planning: Developed the comprehensive Business Plan from scratch, which was successfully approved by stakeholders to secure project financing.
P&L Ownership: Built and managed the Profit & Loss statement, maintaining granular control over costs (COGS, OPEX, CAPEX) to ensure financial sustainability.
2. Team Leadership & HR
Talent Acquisition: Personally handled the hiring process, recruiting key roles across digital marketing, fashion merchandising, and communications.
Hybrid Management: Coordinated a diverse workforce of in-house employees, remote freelancers, and external agencies, fostering collaboration between creative (fashion) and technical teams.
3. Tech Stack & Vendor Management
Shopify Ecosystem: Acted as the lead Shopify Expert, ensuring the platform was optimized for scale.
Vendor Negotiation: Selected and negotiated contracts with top-tier tech providers and 3rd party partners to build a cost-effective, high-performance tech stack.
4. Growth & Advertising (Hands-on)
Multi-Channel Acquisition: Directly managed and optimized paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Continuous Learning: Maintained a "fanatic learner" approach, constantly updating strategies based on the latest platform algorithms and e-commerce trends.
