Shoplift Shopify Experts: Theme, Page and Price Tests
Top-rated Shoplift experts
Shoplift A/B testing work, from roadmap to rollout
Launching a test in Shoplift is the quick part. Choosing the right test, and trusting the answer, is where an expert earns their fee.
A test roadmap. A ranked list of ideas drawn from your own data: product page layout, collection pages, navigation, the mini-cart, search. Traffic is finite, so the expert spends it on changes big enough to show up in revenue, not on button shades.
Variant builds. Template and page variants built in the theme customiser, plus whole-theme tests for a rebrand or a new navigation. Variants that need new sections or code are theme development, and 8 of the 11 badge holders list Shopify development.
Price and subscription tests. Shoplift can test prices and subscriptions from its Advanced plan upwards. Price tests come with strict eligibility rules, covered in the setup section below.
Lift Assist and personalisation. Reviewing what Lift Assist generates before shoppers see it, and setting up personalised versions of the store by behaviour, geo, channel or device where each segment has enough traffic to learn from.
Reading results. Shoplift reports revenue per visitor, average order value, conversion rate and click-through rate by audience segment. The expert agrees which of those the test is meant to move before it starts, so nobody goes hunting for a winning metric afterwards.
Shipping the winner. Building the winning variant into the live theme cleanly, rather than leaving the store running on a test variant for months.
How much does a Shoplift expert cost?
Each of the 11 Shoplift-badge holders lists a starting price. The tiles use those figures, in USD, collected from their profiles in October 2026. Read each one as the minimum it takes to engage that expert, never as a quote for a Shoplift programme.
Middle half
$98 – $242
Where the central half of the 11 starting prices fall
Median
$125
The middle starting price in this group
Top quarter
$242 – $2,499
The highest-priced quarter of these profiles
What moves a quote most is code. A variant built entirely in the theme customiser is quick. New sections, whole-theme tests and price tests that need product eligibility checked take longer, and a running programme with a roadmap, regular tests and monthly read-outs is a different scope again. Reading results is work too, so ask whether analysis is in the price or billed on top.
Before asking anyone to price the work, gather your Shoplift plan, your theme, rough monthly visitors, whether you sell in more than one currency, and the first three things you want tested. The Shopify CRO cost guide covers what wider conversion work tends to involve.
Shoplift Shopify setup: themes, prices and plan rules
Liquid themes only. Shoplift supports custom themes, Theme Store themes and Online Store 2.0 themes, and tests launch from the theme customiser. A built-in anti-flicker system stops visitors glimpsing the original page before the variant loads, but an expert still checks each variant on a slow phone.
How price tests work. Front-end code updates every marked price as the page loads, and Shopify Cart Transform Functions apply the test price at checkout. Meanwhile Shopify admin prices are set to the highest price in the test.
What that means for feeds. While a price test runs, product feeds and other external channels show the higher test price. Shoplift also treats price tests as mutually exclusive, so plan the order they run in, and keep them away from big shopping-feed campaigns.
Who can run them. Price testing needs an active Advanced or Pro plan, not a legacy plan, and a single-currency store. Multi-currency set-ups through Shopify Markets are not supported.
Products that will not qualify. Several page builders, bundles created by apps or JavaScript, and most subscription set-ups are not supported on price-tested products. A good expert checks your catalogue against that list before promising a price test.
Two sets of plan figures. Plan prices and monthly visitor caps on the Shopify App Store differ from those on shoplift.ai. Confirm which plan you are actually billed on before anyone plans tests around a feature.
What the 11 Shoplift badge holders offer
This group is mostly builders, which suits a tool where the variant itself is the work. Strategy is the thinner layer, so ask about it directly.

Shoplift app questions: checkout, headless, trials and partners
Not directly. Shoplift does not support testing Shopify's checkout pages. It can test everything that leads there: product pages, collections, search, the mini-cart and whole themes. Price tests do carry through to checkout, because Cart Transform Functions apply the test price. For changes to the checkout itself, you need a checkout specialist rather than a testing tool.
No. Headless storefronts built with Hydrogen or another custom front end are not currently supported, because Shoplift relies on Shopify's Liquid themes and the theme customiser. If you are planning a move to headless, finish the tests you care about first, and expect to rebuild your testing set-up afterwards.
Yes, a 14-day free trial on every plan, but no free plan. Fourteen days is short for a test to reach a result, so have the expert plan the first experiments and prepare the variants before the trial starts. Price testing, subscription testing, personalisation and Lift Assist begin on the Advanced plan, so start the trial on the plan you will actually need.
The badge here shows an expert offers Shoplift work. It is not partner status. Shoplift runs its own Partner Program with co-marketing, dedicated support and referral commission, and keeps a partner directory. Partners can take the commission or pass savings on to clients, so if partnership matters, ask which they do and check the directory yourself.
Treat them as ideas, not answers. Lift Assist analyses shopper sessions and proposes features like countdown timers, sticky carts and inventory indicators. Some will suit your brand and some will not. An expert filters them, adjusts the design, and runs the survivors as proper tests against your current page before anything goes live for everyone.
Shoplift is the right tool if your store runs on a Liquid theme and your questions are about pages, themes and prices. If you want an experimentation programme that is not tied to one app, or you need to test beyond what Shoplift covers, look at the A/B testing and experimentation experts instead.
