Dewlane: a skincare store that sells a three-product routine with 15% off (demo store)
Dewlane is a demo skincare store I built on Shopify. The brand, products, prices and reviews are fictional and no orders ship. It's a development store, so it's password protected (password: dewlane).
Skincare shoppers who want a routine and don't know which products to pick.
The Challenge
Sell a routine instead of a single product, help shoppers choose, and do it without a bundle, quiz or reviews app.
Skincare shoppers buy a routine, and most of them don't know which three products to pick. Stores usually add a bundle app, a quiz app and a reviews app, each with its own monthly bill and its own look. Dewlane is a demo store, so this is the problem it was built for, not a past client's.
Solution
Any three products make a routine with 15% off. Shoppers pick them in a builder, and the discount is a real Shopify automatic discount, so it shows in the cart and at checkout. A five-question skin quiz recommends three products, says why it picked each one and adds them to the bag in one tap.

Result
Shoppers can build a bigger order without a bundle app. The routine discount, the quiz answers, the reviews and the shades are edited in the admin, not in code. Dewlane is a demo store, so there are no sales figures.
