MOTIF® is a creative-led brand and commerce incubator working with ambitious fashion, luxury lifestyle, beauty and wellness brands.

We bring brand strategy, creative direction and ecommerce growth under one roof, helping brands build stronger identities and turn that attention into measurable commerce.

Our work spans brand positioning, creative strategy, Shopify and ecommerce experiences, conversion strategy, paid media, lifecycle marketing and customer experience. We work across DTC and retail, with experience supporting brands selling into the US, Europe and the Middle East.

Our approach connects three disciplines: Creatives, Commerce and Connection. Rather than treating branding, ecommerce and acquisition as separate functions, we design them to work as one system, from the first impression through purchase and retention.

Our commerce stack includes Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Centra, Adobe Commerce and Salesforce Commerce, alongside Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and other growth channels.
