We worked with Tom Hooker on a highly complex migration from Cart.com to Shopify, and the outcome exceeded expectations. The project involved migrating over 500,000 products with millions of variants, requiring careful planning, custom tooling, and deep Shopify expertise. In addition to the data migration, Tom delivered extensive custom development, advanced cookie logic, a refined UI, and an impressive vehicle lookup system that significantly improved the overall user experience. This was a technically demanding project, and Tom handled it with precision and confidence. Despite the scale and complexity, the project was completed on time and on budget. Tom was consistently responsive, easy to collaborate with, and proactive in solving challenges as they arose. Given the success of this engagement, we’ve chosen to continue working together under an annual maintenance and support agreement.
