A joy to work with. Despite being 5 hours ahead of me communication was never an issue. I told him what I needed to accomplish and he gave me a realistic assessment. Once that was established I provided him with my deliverables and he just knocked it out. I did throw him a last minute change to the scope of work but he took it in stride.
