Hyper-Personalized "Complete the Look" Bundles: Using behavioral data, we automated dynamic product recommendations that paired "Slow-Moving Inventory" with "Best Sellers," increasing both AOV and the likelihood of a purchase.
Frictionless Mobile Checkout: We audited the mobile journey, stripping away non-essential form fields and implementing "One-Tap" payment options (Apple Pay/Shop Pay), specifically for users coming from social media.
