FieldsRaven is a code-first toolkit for the Shopify storefront, so hiring is for the feature, not the install. Six jobs show up repeatedly.
Custom forms writing to metafields. Questionnaires, personalization quizzes, product configurators and B2B qualification forms that save answers directly to customer or order metafields the theme can read back on the next visit.
Wishlists on the customer record. A storefront wishlist that persists against customer metafields, not browser cookies — so it follows the shopper between sessions and devices. Standard theme wishlist widgets don't do this without a dedicated wishlist app.
Customer preferences and theme personalization. Capturing size, fit, style, allergen or dietary preferences on first visit and feeding them back into product filtering, PDP copy or recommended sections. The theme becomes personal without a personalization app subscription.
Dynamic sections from storefront data. Metafields written during the session (viewed products, items compared, filters picked) that drive the next section the shopper sees, instead of waiting for an email send or an attribution model to catch up.
Klaviyo and Airtable integrations. FieldsRaven ships Klaviyo and Airtable integrations out of the box, so storefront data can land as Klaviyo profile properties or Airtable rows for downstream flows and reporting.
Features that don't exist out of the box. Anything the standard theme and app stack can't do, where metafields are the right storage layer. This is where FieldsRaven earns its place over custom app development — the merchant doesn't need a new app, just a developer who can write the Liquid and JS.
What FieldsRaven doesn't do: admin-side metafield management, bulk metafield import or export, metafield UIs for merchants to fill in manually. For those, Accentuate Custom Fields, Metafield Lite or Shopify's native metafields admin is the fit.
