I help online businesses make more money with what they already have. Your $100 in ads once brought back $1,000. Now the same $100, in ads or apps, quietly brings back less every month. You are busy running the business, so nobody chases why. So I start with an audit, the way a hospital starts with triage. A short call is the triage. A fixed-price read is the lab test. The results decide the fix, and the fix has a fixed price before it starts. Shopify speed and ad tracking fixes: for stores where the ads bring visitors but not sales. One example. A clothing brand's product pages took 15.4 seconds to load. Five weeks before Black Friday, I got them to 7.4 seconds. That is the job: I find what slows your store down, and I fix it. The same work keeps finding a second problem: numbers you cannot trust. The code that tells Meta or Google about a sale fires twice, so sales count double. Ads run across every product, with no check on which ones earn. Apps bill every month for work nobody has measured. So I also check what your money is really doing, instead of trusting what Google, Meta and the apps say. Then I fix what I find. I work with established stores run by their founders. To me, speed and ad spend are sales problems, not technical boxes to tick. What I work on, eight ways in: Speed check. I measure how fast your pages load for real shoppers on a phone. I find what makes them wait, and I fix it. Accessibility check. I test your store the way a keyboard user or a screen reader meets it. I check whether a widget sits on top of problems it does not fix. You get the findings in the order a complaint would reach them. Shopify deadline check. Shopify changes its rules on set dates. Scripts ended on 30 June. Order status script tags ended on 26 August. I find what has already stopped working on your store and what is dated ahead, and I make the repairs. Tracking and attribution fix. Meta Pixel, GA4 (Google Analytics) and server-side tracking. I remove the double counting and prove it in your own dashboards. Ad spend by product and the app bill get read in the same pass. Google and Meta recovery. Your products stopped showing on Google or Meta. I find where the connection broke and get them showing again. Sale price check. AI shopping tools, like ChatGPT, now get your "was" prices from Shopify. I check that yours reach them right. Builds and theme upgrades. New sections and modern themes, with your custom work and your tracking still running. Every change to the live site has a way back. Partner Seat. 25 hours a month. I watch speed, the pages customers see, broken links, tracking and app bills. Your work goes first in the queue. Each check is $285. If you go ahead, I take the fee off the fix price. Key results: Product page load time cut from 15.4 seconds to 7.4 seconds, 52% faster. Mobile PageSpeed on product pages from 18 to 28. The apps the client chose stayed in place, at their call. Two apps were billing to track what the store's own Google channel already did. I removed them, checked the tracking was clean, and took $199 a year off the app bill. Repeat clients going back to 2018. One store has come back for 14 projects over four years. How I work: A paid check first. It measures the real problem, no guessing. If you go ahead, I take the fee off the fix price. Work in stages. You approve each one. Every delivery ends with before and after numbers, and a short list of the next things I found. 80+ projects done. Clients in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and Denmark. Send me your store address. I will tell you what slows it down, whether your numbers add up, and what a complaint would find first. No commitment.

ReConvert work, from product page to order status
A ReConvert brief often starts with the Thank you page, and rarely stays there. The app now places offers at several points along a purchase, and the expert's first call is which of them your store actually needs.
Thank you and Order status pages. Redesigning both with ReConvert widgets, added as app blocks in Shopify's editor, so the order details stay clear and the offers sit around them rather than on top.
The post-purchase page. One-click offers shown after payment, built in the drag-and-drop editor with custom rules for which products or orders trigger them, then A/B tested against each other.
Product page and cart. Frequently-bought-together bundles and AI product recommendations before checkout. A careful expert stops these from previewing the exact offer the customer will see again after paying.
Checkout sections on Plus. On Shopify Plus, ReConvert widgets go into checkout as app sections in the checkout editor. Other plans skip this step entirely. Where it is available, one well-chosen section usually does more than three stacked ones.
Script clean-up. Stores that customised their Thank you page with code years ago often still have pieces that no longer run. The expert finds what is missing and rebuilds it as app blocks.
Moving in and connecting up. Bringing offers across from another upsell app, and connecting ReConvert with the email and review apps already on the store.
How to vet someone for a ReConvert upsell project
This is a technical group. All 6 badge holders list store setup and management, 5 list Shopify development and 4 list technical support. That suits rebuilds, script clean-up and checkout sections. If you need offer strategy or page design, look at the profiles that list marketing (3) or design (3), and ask to see live examples.
Ask what they rebuilt after the script sunset. Shopify retired the old scripts on both post-payment pages in two steps, in August 2025 and August 2026, so content there now has to live in app blocks. Ask for a before-and-after from a store they moved across.
Ask how they would sequence your offers. A strong answer covers the product page, cart, post-purchase page and Thank you page together, and says which ones to leave empty.
Ask what they would test first. One offer against another, on one product line, judged on orders. Anyone quoting a percentage uplift before seeing your data is guessing.
Red flags: suggesting code edits on the Thank you page, or promising checkout widgets on a non-Plus store. A good first paid task is a rebuilt Thank you page plus one post-purchase offer under test.
ReConvert Shopify setup after the switch to Upsell.com
Expect both names. The App Store listing keeps the ReConvert title, while the developer appears as Upsell.com ex ReConvert and the help centre has moved to help.upsell.com. The setup guide now talks about selecting Upsell.com as your post-purchase app; it is the same app you installed as ReConvert.
The post-purchase setting. In Shopify's checkout settings, only one app can run the post-purchase page. If another upsell app is still selected there, ReConvert's one-click offers will not appear, however well they are built.
App blocks on the post-payment pages. Thank you and Order status content goes in through Add app block in Shopify's editor. Older code-based customisations no longer run on either page, so rebuild rather than patch.
Checkout is a Plus feature. Upsell.com puts it plainly: its widgets can only be used on the checkout page by Shopify Plus stores, and that is a Shopify limit. A higher app plan does not change that.
Two ways of describing the bill. The App Store lists ReConvert tiers, including a free plan with an order cap, while upsell.com describes a base plan plus usage charges after the trial. Check which model the store is actually on before anyone scopes a large funnel, so the first invoice holds no surprises.
Shopify, not another platform. Upsell.com also serves stores outside Shopify. When an expert or a help article describes a feature, check it is the Shopify version before you plan around it.
What the 6 ReConvert badge holders take on
The ReConvert group is weighted towards build and maintenance rather than campaign strategy.
Store setup and management
All 6 list it: install, post-purchase selection, app blocks
Shopify development
5 list it: checkout app sections on Plus and Thank you page rebuilds
Technical support and maintenance
4 list it: fixing offers that stopped after the script sunset
Design, UX and branding
3 list it: Thank you and Order status page layouts
Marketing and growth
3 list it: funnel sequencing, bundle choice and A/B tests
ReConvert questions: the rename, plans and post-payment pages
Upsell.com is the company's new name, and reconvert.io now redirects to upsell.com. Less has changed on Shopify: the App Store listing is still ReConvert post purchase upsell and still carries the Built for Shopify badge. When an expert or a help article says Upsell.com, they mean the app you installed as ReConvert.
If it was added through checkout.liquid or the additional scripts box, Shopify switched those off on both post-payment pages on 28 August 2025, and the remaining order status script tags stopped on non-Plus stores on 26 August 2026. Offers built with ReConvert's own app blocks carry on. The fix is to rebuild the missing content as app blocks, a job that suits the setup and development skills most badge holders here list.
There is a free plan on the App Store, capped at a small number of orders, and the paid tiers come with a 14-day free trial. That is enough for an expert to build offers and check the Thank you page before you commit. Check the cap against your order volume first, because a busy store will pass it quickly.
No. The Thank you page is seen once, straight after payment. The Order status page is the one customers come back to from their shipping emails to check on delivery. Use the first for an immediate add-on and the second for something that makes sense days later, such as a refill or an accessory. Both are built from ReConvert widgets placed as app blocks.
Upsell.com keeps its own Partner Directory, aimed at agencies that offer website design and development, SEO, conversion work and email. A ReConvert badge on shopexperts is separate from that directory. If a listing there matters to you, ask the expert for their entry and check it yourself before you sign anything.
Run it as a test. ReConvert has A/B testing built in, so put the offer up against a different offer, or against no offer at all, on the same traffic and judge it on orders and revenue per order. The no-offer comparison is the one people skip, and it is the only one that shows whether the post-purchase page adds anything.
